About the role

Roles and duties include:

  • To work alongside people to promote and achieve independence
  • Building positive relationships, motivating and helping to develop
  • Working alongside people to live safely in the community


We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Flexible, adaptable and motivated to help others
  • Able to learn and develop in your own skills and knowledge as well as the people we work alongside.
  • You will be interested in learning about specialist support
  • It's desirable that you will have 2 years experience supporting people with a complex history
